The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You), the trader polder (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company polder SARL with a capital of 8 000 €, whose headquarters are situated at 56 rue Crozatier, 75 012 Paris and registered on the register of companies and commerce in Paris under the N° B423777135, VAT N° FR 44423777135.
When placing the order, the customer has read the terms and conditions (with attention to conditions about price, name, quantity, colour, particularities of products, and cost of services) and accepts them completely.
2. Order success
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email "Order confirmation". The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed by polder. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 2 working days). polder reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (availability of an item, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, unpredictable problems concerning the delivery or issues concerning a previous order). In this case, polder will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
3. Secure payment
Payments are made by credit card or debit card. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of it being intercepted. 5. Delivery terms
We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the following working day to which you place your order, however this isn’t always possible during busier periods. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays.
6. Right of Retraction
polder allows you 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered.
We strongly advise that you return to us using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel is lost. We request that you include your invoice & reason for return and ship to:

The present right of return only applies to products that arrive back to us in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging or displays evidence of wear will not be refunded.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
The client will be totally refunded once the products are received by polder, in 14 days (except during summer break).
In case of retraction, the charges of return are chargeable to the customer.
7. Intellectual property
All the content on the polder (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of polder, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by polder. The client forbids himself to paste or download the content of www.polder.fr except prior and express authorization by polder.
8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions comply with French law.
All parcels are shipped within maximum 48h working days after we received the payment. Shipping method is Colissimo with signature. We will send an email with a tracking number to follow the parcel online.
During Christmas holidays and sales periods, please note the changeability of postal dispatches.
Our time frame stays unchanged, however, we cannot guarantee the time frame of the carrier. What is indicated is for indication only, it can be impacted during strong activity periods.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your goods, we will be happy to offer a refund, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
You can return your parcel by post by Colissimo against signature.

Returning Items From Outside the EU
When returning items from outside the EU please be sure to include "Returns" clearly at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the couriers/postal service.
This will prevent your return being delayed by French customs, allowing us to process it far more quickly.
