Delivery

Shipping costs are at the user's expense and depend on the country of delivery. They will be specified to the customer when confirming the order. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Economic Area, any customs charges are at your expense.

If your country does not appear at the delivery stage, please contact us.

Our prices :

Standard delivery or pick-up point in metropolitan France and Benelux is offered from 250€.

Standard delivery in the Netherlands (PostNL with signature) - 7€.

Standard delivery in Metropolitan France – 10€.

Delivery to a collection point in the Netherlands (Mondial relay) - 5€

Delivery to a collection point in Metropolitan France (Mondial relay) - 8€.

Delivery Europe, French Overseas, Switzerland and Norway - 15€.

Delivery to a collection point in Europe (Mondial Relay) - 10€.

World Delivery - 30€.

If you choose relay point delivery, our system automatically selects the relay closest to you. You can change this choice after the payment stage of your order.

Is it possible to change the shipping address of my package?

If your package has already been shipped you can no longer change the shipping address. In case of an error while entering your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible.

Is my order taken into account?

Your order is taken into account as soon as you receive a confirmation e-mail and you see it appear in the "my orders" section.

In the confirmation e-mail, you will find your order number and the summary of your basket.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order is not validated.

Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You also have the possibility to be informed of the progress of your order via SMS (option available at the time of the validation of your order).

My bank account has been debited but I have not received a confirmation email.

The confirmation email may be in your spam. If you really haven't received anything, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can keep you informed about the preparation of your order.

Client account access

It is possible to create a customer account at any time on this page.

For your next visits to our site, you will just have to fill in your email and password again by clicking on "connection", or by visiting this page.

Returns

You have 14 days of retraction as from the reception of your parcel. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and complete.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Your items are to be returned by post (choosing a shipment with tracking) to the following address, after having filled in the returns form :

You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been made. Please allow approximately 10 working days for our service to process your return.

There is a defect in the item received

We invite you to contact our customer service. Don't forget to attach pictures of your defective part to your message, this will help us to offer you the best possible solution.

If the defect is found by our teams, a return slip will be sent to you. We will proceed to an exchange or a refund (if the product you initially ordered is no longer available) upon receipt of the part.

There's an error in the preparation of my order.

If you have not received the item you ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, we invite you to write to us.

What are the possible means of payment?

Your order can be paid by credit card with the Visa, Maestro, Mastercard or Amex. You also have the possibility to pay your order via your Paypal account.

For information, our site does not allow payments by bank transfer or credit note.

How do I access my invoice?

The email confirming your order includes a link to download your invoice.
